Well it been a tired sum fight, but finally it is over. See below.

Still not really sure what caused the problem and how to avoid it, but I got around the infill problem which is what counts. A complete new re-scale of the wheel, that done it.

So, next time I am ready to assemble this wagon and get something rolling!
