Klenshyttan - The cableway
This article was published Nov 13, 2016.

Since last I have painted and ballasted the standard gauge in the back. Also put on roofs and painted the three side-buildings. See first photos below.
When this was done it was time to put attention back to the front and concentrate on the cableway station on the foundry side. Looking at the history page I could not get my head around how that part was constructed. I could not found one picture which was showing more than just a bit from the left. I did again surf around and found the site (and page) ekeving.se/klenshyttan made by Gunnar Ekeving. On that page he shows the mainline station Klenshyttan with it´s trackplan. He was kind to let me publish pictures from his page here. On the trackplan are both the coalbarn and the foundry marked (see below), specially a clear drawing from above showing how the cableway station is made.

A few pictures showing how it looks today.

cableway station
Time to concentrate on the front and the cableway station specially, which demanded a bit investigation on how this part of the building actually looks like.
