Some pics on latest progress. Haven't been well last autumn. Started new employment in August and on top of this I have been really busy with the new website www.78n18.info.


Peat-kind of Coal Wagon

This idea comes from a peat wagon in H0e I found on the net last year.

Started summer 06, stalled since October, but today 1/1-07 I did attach the bogies to the frame and added all the wood and plastics as on latest pictures.

Festiniog-kind of Coal wagon

This wagon has been in my mind for several months now, evolving as time goes. The original idea comes from an article in british Review (issue 30, Apr 97) about Pentre Tramway. I added square poles made of wood instead of metal as the author made his. The original wagons from Festiniog was also much longer.

Test wagon

This is a test I made by doubling the measures from a Steve Bennett Gn15 wagon. It looks ok but way to small. Next time I will multiply measures with maybe 2.6 or something.

Freelance Wagon

Freely based on one of Steve Bennett�s nice little Gn15 wagons. Same as above but measures multiplyed with 2.6 and a bit narrower planks on the side.

Freelance Flat

The idea came from the little flat Bill Wilson made for the Wazoo line. I did get through a couple of pics Barry sent me a while ago and suddenly I got that itch to model it.. Stake pockets from Talisman, Sierra wheels, axleboxes from IP-Engineering and as always couplers from LGB the link-n-pin version.
