More items arrived from Shapeways. This is an exact scale copy of an original axlebox on swedish Atlas Mine tubs.

Again Daniel made the CAD drawing from my measures.

Go to Nyberget Mine Tubs to see these wagons in real life. I took these photos at ÖSLJ back in 2004.

Now when I have this first prototype, I only need to make a bigger order in some metal material, then I can start build this. The material in this first prototype is way to soft for this.

This idea is so old that I did model in 1/35 scale back in 80s when I first got the idea to try to make these. 3D printers were not even invented.. Having these in my hand today is a very special feeling because of this.
